How does pickup and delivery work?

Schedule a pickup on WhatsApp or through our booking form with your address, preferred date and time. We collect your garments, care for them at CleanAura, and deliver them back to you finished and packed. You can reach us on WhatsApp at any point.

Is there a charge or minimum order for pickup and delivery?

Any minimum order value or delivery charge will be confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we schedule the pickup, so there are never surprises.

How long does it take to get my garments back?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround depends on the service and the garment. Everyday laundry is quicker; dry cleaning, specialist care and heavily embellished pieces need more time. We confirm the expected return date when we collect your order.

Can you handle an urgent order?

Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and when. We will tell you honestly whether it is possible for that garment and service.

Can you remove every stain?

Accepted Answer

We treat stains individually and achieve good results on most fresh marks, but no responsible cleaner guarantees complete removal. Older, heat-set or previously treated stains may only lighten. We will tell you what to expect before we proceed.

What should I do if I stain a garment?

Blot gently, do not rub, and avoid heat or household chemicals. Get the garment to us as soon as you can and tell us what caused the stain; knowing the source helps us choose the right treatment.

What is the difference between dry cleaning and laundry?

Accepted Answer

Laundry cleans garments with water and detergent and suits most everyday fabrics. Dry cleaning uses non-water-based professional processes designed for structured, delicate or dye-sensitive garments such as suits, silks and embellished pieces. If a label says dry-clean only, follow it. When unsure, send us a photo and we will advise.

How do you handle delicate fabrics like silk, lace and cashmere?

Delicates are handled as a separate stream. Each piece is inspected, cleaned with a method suited to the fibre, dried gently and finished to preserve drape and softness. They never travel with heavy or abrasive garments.

How are my clothes returned?

Everyday laundry is returned neatly folded. Dry-cleaned and pressed garments come back on hangers with protective covers. Tell us your preference in the special instructions and we will follow it.

Which areas do you serve?

CleanAura is based at SBP City Of Dreams on Highground Road, Zirakpur, and serves Zirakpur and surrounding areas. Message us on WhatsApp with your locality and we will confirm pickup availability.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We will confirm the accepted payment methods, including UPI and cash, when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.

Do you inspect garments before cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every garment is checked for labels, construction, trims, existing damage and marks before we choose a process. If we notice anything you should know about, we contact you before proceeding.

Should I empty pockets and remove accessories?

Accepted Answer

Please do. Remove belts, brooches, detachable collars and anything in pockets. We check as well, but it protects both your belongings and the garment.

Can you clean wedding outfits, heavily embroidered pieces or heirloom garments?

Yes. These are treated as individual projects: inspected in detail, embellishments documented and protected, and cleaning planned around the fabric and construction. If any part of a garment is at risk, we discuss it with you first.

What happens if a garment is damaged?

We handle every garment with care, and we inspect and document before cleaning to reduce risk. If anything does go wrong, contact us on WhatsApp straight away and we will work with you to resolve it fairly. Our terms page describes the process.
